We’re buzzing to welcome Cameron Smith to the Red Rock team!
With over 20 years of experience playing, performing, writing, and teaching, Cameron brings a huge amount of knowledge and passion to every lesson. Trained in Edinburgh, he started as a lead guitarist in a rock band before developing a more relaxed acoustic finger style.
Cameron teaches guitar but also plays bass, banjo, piano, and ukulele, so he’s got a seriously well-rounded musical background.
His lessons are friendly, relaxed, and always fun. While he follows a structured plan to help students progress, he’s all about keeping things student-centred and will tailor each lesson around the student's goals and skills
With 150+ live performances under his belt, including weddings, festivals, and gigs, Cameron brings real-world experience straight into the lesson room.
